Air Asia Experience

In this post, I share my initial experience with AirAsia. My daughter and I embarked on a journey from Karachi to Kuala Lumpur. While I appreciate the basic service provided by the staff, I found that the price offered by AirAsia was not commensurate with the quality of the experience.

Within a six-hour flight, the hostess approached me and offered an apology for the inconvenience caused instead there were plenty of seats available.

During our flight from Kuala Lumpur to Karachi, my daughter experienced respiratory difficulties. We requested assistance from the flight attendant, but it was rather unexpected that the attendant began inquiring about the well-being of other passengers. This prompted my daughter to become obstinate and vocally requested that the attendant cease making mockery of her situation. She emphasised that everyone has their own health status and that it is inappropriate to compare her with others.

I have a preference for other airlines over AirAsia, and my daughter and I did not have a positive experience with their services.
